Processing & Production Time
All Moda Mosaic pieces are made to order in limited production batches.
Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and processing before your order is shipped. This timeframe allows us to carefully produce each item and maintain quality across every piece.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- United States: Standard flat rate shipping
- International: Flat rate shipping available to most countries
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped:
- United States: Typically 3–7 business days
- International: Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that these are estimates and may vary.
Delays
Moda Mosaic is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Global shipping disruptions

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Moda Mosaic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moda Mosaic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
